Once you're on board, we'll welcome you into our client ecosystem. You'll receive a series of videos walking you through exactly what to expect, and we'll add you to a private WhatsApp group with Tom and Kai so you have a direct line to us. We'll also send through an onboarding questionnaire with targeted questions about your business. This gives us the full picture behind your content and how you work, so everything we create is built around you from the start.
Next, we research your niche and study the competitors worth learning from to uncover the content gaps you can own. Everything we learn then feeds into your personalised content plan, built around the topics, formats and angles that will actually grow your audience and bring in clients.
We take everything we learned about your brand and turn it into a full batch of content ideas, talking points and word for word scripts. Written in your voice, built around your goals, and ready for you to review before we ever pick up a camera.
This is where it all comes to life. Our team comes to you. Whether that means driving across Sydney or jumping on a flight interstate. We handle the entire shoot. You're added to a WhatsApp group with Tom and Kai. You'll receive welcome videos walking you through the entire process and exactly what to expect. Then you'll fill out our onboarding questionnaire so we can get to know your brand, voice and goals before we build anything.

We come up with all the ideas and write every script in your voice. You receive them inside your client portal, ready to review before you film. Nothing gets recorded until you're happy with it.

We research your niche, audit your competitors and build a custom content strategy. Then we write the scripts for every piece of content. You review and approve everything before you pick up the camera.
Before every shoot we send you a detailed shot list and filming guide. Then we run a coaching session walking you through exactly how to set up your camera, frame your shots, get your lighting right and deliver on camera with confidence. Your footage comes back clean and ready to edit.
You film in your own time using the shot list and coaching we gave you. Short form only so it is fast. One batch session takes around 2 to 4 hours. Once you are done you send us the raw footage and your job is done for the month. No studio required. No crew needed.
We take your raw footage and produce the full short form edit. Captions, b-roll, sound design, colour grading and platform specific formatting for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Everything comes back to you finished and ready to go. You review it, approve it and publish. That is the whole process.
